Gold Seal Cassava Flour

Cassava flour is fine and powdery and tastes slightly nutty and earthy. As a tuberous root vegetable, cassava is gluten, grain and nut-free, as well as vegan, vegetarian, and paleo. 

Cassava flour has a similar consistency, but it is lighter than all-purpose flour, but it absorbs more liquid.
